Energetic and spiritual wounds often stem from an event that was traumatic to the body. By addressing wounds at deeper levels, true healing can be attainable. Clients are equipped with tools including body awareness, energetic boundaries, and foundational energetic skills to help manage your day-to-day life effectively. This work usually involves more than one session and can be done remotely or in person.

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy allows us to access states or areas of consciousness beyond the limits of personal identity. Utilizing a psycho-spiritual approach to engage the subconscious mind in addressing wounds and trauma , it works with spiritual dynamics of the human essence, the spiritual realm, and the unseen support to foster growth and spiritual development. This method can be combined with other energetic and spiritual tools to empower you on your path. This work can involve one or multiple sessions and can be done remotely or in person.
